Specialist vs. General Cleaner

Most companies that clean drapery and rugs are general cleaners with an extra line on the price sheet. Here is what changes when textiles are the entire business.

When We Say No

A specialist knows when to turn work down. Viscose that has already lost its strength, dyes that move in a spot test, a latex backing breaking apart, silk carrying water marks from someone else's attempt. We find all of it before we start, and you hear it first.

The vast majority of pieces clean exactly as planned. The difference is that we know before we begin, not halfway through. Fragile pieces still get cleaned. They just get a different method.

That standard occasionally costs us a job. It is also why every yes means something.

Why We Don’t Take Your Drapes Down

General cleaners take window treatments down and haul them off. That means bare windows for a week or more, hardware damaged coming off and going back up, dry cleaning that shrinks lined and pleated panels, and a re-hang charge on top of the bill.

We clean pleated, lined, and sheer panels right where they hang, and the job is finished in a single visit.

Specialized Textile Care for the Valley's Homes

Drapery, blinds and shades, and area rugs are the textiles most cleaning companies treat as an afterthought. They are the only work we take, in homes across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, and the Phoenix Valley.

That means pleated, lined, and sheer window treatments, blinds and shades, and wool, Oriental, Persian, silk, antique, and synthetic rugs. Window treatments stay up the entire time, with no take-down and no re-hang.

Every piece is identified and tested before cleaning, and the method is chosen for that fiber, not carried over from the last job.

Everything is cleaned on site. Nothing ever leaves your home.
