Why We Only Do Textiles

Most cleaning companies will clean your drapes if you ask. It's rarely what they're good at, because it's rarely what they do.

Drapery, blinds, and area rugs need someone who works on them every day. Silk water-marks. Wool turns on you with too much heat or the wrong pH. Viscose loses strength the moment it's wet. A hand-tufted rug with an aging latex backing needs a completely different approach than a machine-made synthetic, and the difference isn't obvious from across the room.

That knowledge doesn't come from cleaning carpet and occasionally taking a drapery job. So we don't clean carpet. We don't do tile, upholstery, or anything else. Window treatments and area rugs. That's the business.

Everything about how we operate comes from the same idea: the right process depends entirely on what you're holding. That's why we identify fiber content and test dye stability before any cleaning starts, why window treatments are cleaned on site rather than hauled off, and why rugs that need full immersion washing get exactly that instead of a compromise.

Two Ways We Clean, and Why It Matters

On site. Drapery and blinds are cleaned where they hang. Panels stay on the rod, blinds stay mounted, hardware is never disturbed, and you're not left with bare windows for a week. Most area rugs can be cleaned in place as well.

Full immersion. Some rugs need more than an on-site process can deliver. Deep pet contamination, heavy soil worked into the foundation, fine hand-knotted and antique pieces. Those go through a full submersion wash with controlled drying, and we handle pickup and delivery. Forcing an on-site process onto a rug that needs immersion is one of the most common ways rugs get damaged.

Knowing which one your piece needs is the actual expertise. We tell you before anything begins.

How We Work

We identify before we clean. Fiber content, construction, dye stability. Every piece, every time.

We match the process to the piece. Not the other way around, and never whichever is more convenient.

We tell you the truth. If a piece shouldn't be cleaned the way you're expecting, or if a stain won't fully come out, you hear it before we start rather than after.

Where We Work

Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa, and the Phoenix Valley. We provide on-site service throughout our local area, with pickup and delivery available for qualifying rugs. Outside the Valley, qualifying rugs can also be shipped to us for cleaning. There’s no storefront and no public drop-off location.
