About Valley Rug & Drapery Cleaning
Why We Only Do Textiles
Most cleaning companies will clean your drapes if you ask. It is rarely what they are good at, because it is rarely what they do.
Drapery, blinds, and area rugs need a specialist who works on them every day. Silk water-marks. Wool turns on you with too much heat or the wrong pH. Viscose loses strength the moment it is wet. A hand-tufted rug with an aging latex backing needs a completely different process than a machine-made synthetic, and the difference is invisible from across the room.
That knowledge does not come from cleaning carpet and taking the occasional drapery job. So we don't clean carpet. We don't do tile, upholstery, or anything else. Window treatments and area rugs. That is the business.
Built Around the Work
Valley Rug & Drapery Cleaning is a specialty textile company serving Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the Phoenix Valley.
Every part of how we operate comes from one rule: the right process depends entirely on what is in front of you. Fiber content and dye stability are confirmed before any cleaning starts, on every piece.
Everything Is Cleaned On Site
Drapery and blinds are cleaned where they hang. Panels stay on the rod, blinds stay mounted, hardware is never disturbed, and your windows are never bare. Area rugs are cleaned right where they lie, so nothing leaves the house.
Knowing exactly what each piece can handle is the expertise. Every piece gets cleaned. What changes from one to the next is the method.
How We Work
We identify before we clean. Fiber content, construction, dye stability. Every piece, every time.
We match the process to the piece. Never the other way around, and never whatever is more convenient.
We set expectations up front. If a piece shouldn't be cleaned the way you expect, or a stain won't fully come out, you hear it before we start, not after.
You deal with the specialists. The people who inspect your pieces on site are the people who clean them. Nothing gets handed off.
Where We Work
