Do you charge for quotes?
No. Your estimate and the firm price on site are both free, with no obligation.
How accurate is the estimate?
It is a range built from typical sizes and fabrics. A calculator can't tell wool from viscose or see the condition of your panels, and both change the real number.
Why an estimate instead of an exact price?
An exact price depends on fiber, construction, and condition, and those have to be seen in person. The estimate tells you where you'll land.
How soon can you come out?
Within the same week for most visits. You get real availability on the call and lock in a time right then.

Yes, and it is the smart way to book, since we're already in the room. Add everything to one estimate, and it all goes into one visit.
Is this safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Methods are chosen for the textile, and the products are suited to occupied homes, so there's no need to clear out while we work.
Do you take on antique and heirloom rugs?
That is exactly the work we’re built for. Antique and hand-knotted pieces get a full inspection before anything starts, including dye stability testing and a check of the foundation and fringe. The on-site method is then matched to the rug, with low-moisture treatment for pieces that shouldn’t be saturated. Silk, wool, cotton, and blends each get handled differently, and that judgment is the reason to bring in a specialist rather than a general cleaner. Fragile or sturdy, every piece is cleaned, and you hear the plan before we start.
