How our drapery cleaning process works
What Dulls San Tan Valley Drapery
New construction dust and desert dust both settle into drapery. We test the fabric and clean in place with nothing taken down.
Builder panels in San Tan Valley are polyester or poly blends that clean up well on site. Sheer panels hung in front of blinds collect dust on both sides, so we clean the drapery and the blinds behind it in the same visit.
Families with kids and pets put drapery through more than a formal room ever will. In Johnson Ranch and Copper Basin, small hands pull the leading edge, dogs nose the hem, and the lower third of each panel takes the wear. That is where drapery cleaning puts its extra passes, while the full drop still gets worked so drapery and curtains finish one even shade from top to bottom.

Questions We Hear
Do you serve Encanterra?
Yes, along with Johnson Ranch, Copper Basin, and the rest of San Tan Valley. Visits have a $500 minimum.
When should drapery be cleaned if homes are still going up next door?
Once the building next door wraps up. Fine construction dust keeps arriving until then, and a single cleaning after the last lot is finished clears it all in one pass.
Is on-site drapery cleaning safe with pets in the home?
Yes. Products are suited to occupied homes, and pets can stay inside while the work is done. Panels that pets nap behind or brush against can add a deodorizer, applied in place at the rod.
Why is the blackout lining on my drapery flaking?
Heat and age. The coating is a layer of acrylic foam, and years of summer heat against the glass make it brittle until it cracks and flakes. Cleaning cannot restore a coating that has broken down, so the lining is checked first and the face fabric is cleaned without disturbing it further.
Can sheers and blackout panels on a double rod both be cleaned?
Yes. Each layer is cleaned on its own rod with the method its fabric needs. The sheer gets the lighter touch, the blackout panel keeps its lining dry, and the full window is done in one pass.
